GMC

The Growth Material and Characterization (GMC) lab seeks to demonstrate the existance of multiple-quasi fermi levels using nanostructured devices. While this may sound like an esoteric aim, the goal is to fabricate devices that exceed the present solar cell efficiencies of ~40% and approach the thermodynamic efficiency of 86.8%.
